1. Controller and scope

The Site controller is "Ad Alio" sp. z o.o., ul. Ciołkowskiego 17, 15-264 Białystok, Poland, email hello@adalio.pl. This Policy covers storing information on a user's device and accessing it, including cookies and similar technologies.

2. Categories

• Necessary: security, core Site operation, remembering the cookie choice, Cloudflare Turnstile form protection, idempotency and form delivery. Consent is not required where they are necessary for a service requested by the user.
• Preferences: remember choices that affect how the Site works or looks. Used after consent where present.
• Statistics: help us understand Site use, including through Google Analytics. Used after consent.
• Marketing: measure advertising and promotional activity, including through Google Ads. Used after consent.
• Unclassified: technologies awaiting classification. Optional technologies should not run before classification and consent.

3. Cookiebot and Google Consent Mode

Cookiebot by Usercentrics displays the choice panel, stores the decision ID and date and generates the current declaration from domain scans. The Site uses Basic Consent Mode: Google tags do not load before consent for statistics or marketing. After a choice, they operate only within the categories that were granted.

Rejecting optional cookies does not block the form. Turnstile and technical form-delivery components are classified as necessary. Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled.

You may change your choice at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier activity.

6. Legal basis, providers and transfers

Necessary technologies rely on the exception for a service requested by the user and the legitimate interest in Site security. Other technologies are activated on the basis of consent under the applicable Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Providers may include Usercentrics/Cookiebot, Cloudflare and Google. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using mechanisms allowed by GDPR. Data-processing details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Browser settings and changes

Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent secure form submission. This Policy and the automated declaration are updated after provider changes or domain scans.
