Termo Stop follows the component geometry.

Termo Stop covers pipes, valves, flanges and surfaces where a rigid enclosure could complicate inspection. The component remains accessible for visual checks after application.

01What operating temperatures can Termo Stop accommodate?

The acceptable range depends on the product configuration, substrate and operating conditions. We confirm it against the current technical data and the installation parameters.

02Can the coating be applied while an installation is operating?

This may be possible after assessing surface temperature, health and safety requirements, and the application conditions of the selected product.

03Does the coating obstruct later inspection of fittings?

The thin layer preserves the shape of the component and visual access to its surface. Preparation for inspection depends on the installation design.

04How is the system renewed?

After assessing the surface, the system can be renewed with a further coat rather than removing the entire previous layer.

05Can application be carried out in winter?

The conditions in the current technical data sheet, substrate temperature and the work environment determine whether application is possible.

06How can the solution affect operator safety?

Reducing the external surface temperature can reduce the risk associated with accidental contact. The required level is defined using measurements and the site health and safety procedures.
