Pipes and fittings
Problem: Heat released into the surroundings and shapes that are difficult to insulate.
Effect: Lower surface temperature and reduced transmission losses.
Industry and district heating
IzolPLUS solutions insulate pipes, fittings, heat substations and industrial building envelopes. Termo Stop follows complex shapes, while the thin layer keeps components accessible for inspection.
Application matrix
Each row connects an operating problem with the appropriate product and function. One solution is not presented as the answer to every situation.
Problem: Heat released into the surroundings and shapes that are difficult to insulate.
Effect: Lower surface temperature and reduced transmission losses.
Problem: Hot valves, flanges and joints that require regular access.
Effect: Insulation that follows the geometry of each component.
Problem: Strong solar heat gain and an ageing existing roof layer.
Effect: Reflection of thermal radiation and renewal of the roof surface.
Problem: Summer heat gain and energy losses during the heating season.
Effect: Additional thermal protection without changing the building form.
Problem: Hot surfaces with irregular geometry.
Effect: A continuous layer on surfaces that still require service access.
Installation access
Termo Stop covers pipes, valves, flanges and surfaces where a rigid enclosure could complicate inspection. The component remains accessible for visual checks after application.
A continuous layer follows the shape instead of building a rigid box around it.
Application on an operating installation requires a technical assessment of temperature and health and safety conditions.
The coating preserves the component geometry, supporting later surface inspections.
Measurement from a completed project
A public example from an industrial roof compares two areas of the same roof at the same moment.

A final report is useful only when the measurement method is agreed before work begins.
We collect data about the installation, medium, surface and operating conditions.
We define the product, application scope and method for evaluating the result.
Work is completed by a team prepared for the selected system and site conditions.
The measurement and reporting scope is agreed in the offer before work starts.
Industrial scope
The product changes with the surface: Termo Stop for complex hot components, Bitum for roofs and Termo-Fasada for external walls.
Pipes, valves, fittings and heat substations.
Roofs and facades exposed to demanding operating conditions.
Surfaces assessed against the required temperature and operating conditions.

Pytania i odpowiedzi
Odpowiedzi zachowują zakres właściwy dla konkretnej powierzchni, produktu i warunków zastosowania.
The acceptable range depends on the product configuration, substrate and operating conditions. We confirm it against the current technical data and the installation parameters.
This may be possible after assessing surface temperature, health and safety requirements, and the application conditions of the selected product.
The thin layer preserves the shape of the component and visual access to its surface. Preparation for inspection depends on the installation design.
After assessing the surface, the system can be renewed with a further coat rather than removing the entire previous layer.
The conditions in the current technical data sheet, substrate temperature and the work environment determine whether application is possible.
Reducing the external surface temperature can reduce the risk associated with accidental contact. The required level is defined using measurements and the site health and safety procedures.
Technical assessment
From the technical data, we will determine the possible application scope, required documents and a suitable way to measure the result.
