Terms of Electronic Services

1. Provider and scope

1. The provider and operator of adalio.eu is "Ad Alio" sp. z o.o., ul. Ciołkowskiego 17, 15-264 Białystok, Poland, KRS 0000327021, VAT ID PL8481818183, REGON 280375639, email hello@adalio.pl, trading under the Adalio brand.
2. These Terms govern free use of the Site and its contact forms under Polish law on electronic services.
3. The Site is not an online shop. Sending a form is not an order, a sales contract or an obligation to purchase.

2. Electronic services

The Provider makes available:

• information about Adalio and the IzolGlass, IzolPlus and IzolPanel solutions,
• a contact hub with three paths: homeowner, business client and partner or distributor,
• one-off submission of an enquiry, delivery to the CRM and an email confirmation,
• optional direct phone contact using numbers shown on the Site,
• controls for optional cookie settings.

Business and distributor users may begin by calling directly. Commercially relevant calls may later be recorded manually in the CRM.

3. Technical requirements

1. Use requires an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTTPS and an email address for form submissions. A phone number is optional.
2. Submitting a protected form requires JavaScript because Cloudflare Turnstile generates a single-use anti-spam token. If this is not possible, email hello@adalio.pl.
3. Rejecting optional statistics, preference or marketing cookies does not block the form. Components necessary for security and enquiry delivery operate independently from optional consent.
4. The user bears internet-access costs under their contract with their provider.
5. Internet use involves common risks such as malware, phishing and unauthorised access to a device or account. Use a current browser and operating system, protect your device and do not submit passwords, keys or other secrets through the form.

4. Formation and termination

1. The agreement for viewing content lasts while the Site is being used and ends when the user leaves it.
2. The form-service agreement begins when an enquiry is successfully submitted and ends after it is delivered for handling and the acceptance result is communicated.
3. The user may stop before submission by closing the page. After submission, the user may request that contact stops or that data is erased, subject to legal obligations and the Privacy Policy.
4. The form is used only to submit and handle a single enquiry.

5. Acceptable use

1. Users should provide accurate, current data concerning themselves or an entity they are authorised to represent.
2. It is prohibited to send unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, malicious code or spam, or to bypass security or destabilise the Site.
3. Automated form use without the Provider's prior written permission is prohibited.
4. The Provider may technically reject submissions that breach these rules, exceed rate limits or fail the anti-spam check.

6. Complaints

1. Complaints about the Site or form can be sent to hello@adalio.pl or by post to the Provider.
2. Include contact details, the event date, a description, the page URL and, if displayed, the submission ID. Do not send passwords or secrets.
3. We handle complete complaints without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. If information is missing, this period runs from receipt of the requested supplement.
4. The response is sent to the email address in the complaint unless another channel is agreed.

7. Information and liability

1. Site content is informational and does not replace an assessment of a specific building, product documentation or an individual offer.
2. The Provider exercises due care regarding availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, provider failures or events beyond its control.
3. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, photographs, graphics, logos and signs are protected by law and belong to the Provider or are used under appropriate rights. Permitted use of the Site does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

9. Personal data and cookies

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy. The form is used only to handle the current enquiry and does not subscribe the user to marketing campaigns.

10. Changes and governing law

1. These Terms may change when services, technology or law change. A new version applies from publication and does not affect acquired rights.
2. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
3. Courts have jurisdiction according to applicable rules. Consumers may use available out-of-court dispute-resolution methods.
