2. What data we collect and why
We only collect data that you submit voluntarily:
- a) Contact form: name, email address, phone number, company or building details, message content. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
- b) "Engineering of Savings" newsletter: email address. Purpose: monthly newsletter on building energy efficiency. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in every message.
- c) Enquiry form (audit and installation / distribution partnership): full name, phone number, optionally email address. Purpose: contacting you by phone or email to handle your enquiry and present an offer. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given when submitting the form). You may withdraw consent at any time - just email hello@adalio.pl.
3. Cookies
adalio.eu uses essential cookies (site and form functionality) and - only with your consent given in the banner - statistics and marketing cookies of Google tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads). Without your consent, statistics and marketing tools stay off (Google Consent Mode v2, default state: denied). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or contacting us.

- Contact-form data - up to 3 years from the last correspondence.

- erase the data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing of the data,

6. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be transferred to:
- hosting and email providers - solely for technically forwarding contact-form messages and handling correspondence. Data is processed under a data-processing agreement.
- our CRM provider (HubSpot) - solely for handling form enquiries and managing contacts. Data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement, with storage in a data centre within the European Union.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) - statistics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), only after consent is given in the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2).
- public authorities - if required by law.
7. Changes to the policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy. All changes will be published on this page with the current date. Continued use of the site after such changes are published constitutes acceptance.
